Notice Regarding the Acquisition of All Shares of KOBE International INC. (Subsidiary Integration)

Haruna Beverage INC. (Head Office: Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Asao Aoki) is pleased to announce that it has reached a basic agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of KOBE International INC. (Head Office: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Akemi Harima), thereby making the company a subsidiary of Haruna Beverage INC. A share transfer agreement was concluded on September 2, 2025.
